Royal Buds NY strives to deliver fast, secure, and compliant service to all customers. Due to New York State cannabis regulations, certain limitations apply.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently offer:

  • Local delivery (if applicable) — Compliant with NYS cannabis delivery regulations.
  • Order pickup at our store location.
  • Merchandise shipping (non-cannabis items only) throughout the United States.

Cannabis products cannot be shipped through the mailthey may only be delivered locally or picked up in-store, as required by state law.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed during normal business hours.
  • Orders placed after hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Local delivery windows may be scheduled at checkout.

3. Age Verification

All cannabis orders require age verification (21+):

  • ID must match the customer placing the order.
  • For delivery: a valid government-issued ID must be shown at drop-off.
  • For pickup: ID is required when collecting your order.

4. Delivery Policies (If Offered)

  • Deliveries must be accepted in person by the individual who placed the order.
  • Delivery personnel cannot leave cannabis products unattended.
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional fees.

5. Shipping of Non-Cannabis Items

Royal Buds NY may ship branded merchandise such as apparel or accessories.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

6. Lost or Damaged Merchandise

For non-cannabis merchandise only:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days at royalbudsllc@gmail.com.

Cannabis products cannot be replaced if lost due to regulatory constraints.
