Due to New York State cannabis regulations, all cannabis sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of cannabis products once they have left the premises or been delivered.

1. Cannabis Product Returns

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Flower
  • Pre-rolls
  • Vapes
  • Edibles
  • Concentrates
  • Any other THC-containing products

This includes products that have been opened, used, or remain sealed — state law prohibits their return.

If you received the wrong item due to a store error, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue compliantly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Defective or Damaged Cannabis Products

If you believe a cannabis product is defective (e.g., leaking vape cartridge):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
  • We will evaluate the issue and may provide a compliant remedy or store credit if allowed by regulations.

3. Returns for Non-Cannabis Merchandise

Apparel, accessories, and other non-cannabis retail items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if:

  • They are unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags/packaging intact

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refund Process

For eligible non-cannabis items:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
